Research Fellow at SPMS, NTU, SG. I work with Prof. Hamma on entanglement dynamics with tools such as random matrix. I am especially interested in the interaction between quantum information and quantum many-body physics.
Mary is a STEM curriculum materials developer and graduate student in Physics at UMB. Mary is interested in K-12 quantum mechanics curriculum development and the philosophy and physics.
Jake recently graduated from Pomona College and is a Master's student at the Perimeter Institute. Researching in the Hamma lab, Jake has computationally studied the transition between Clifford and random unitary circuits through the lens of quantum t-designs and is currently working on the classification of random quantum states.
Lorenzo Leone is a PhD student at UMass Boston working on quantum information science in Hamma lab. His main interest lies in Quantum chaotic systems and their full understanding.
SALVATORE F. E. OLIVIERO
Salvatore F. E. Oliviero is a PhD student at UMass Boston. His research field is Quantum information, in particular he studies the relationship between Quantum Chaos and PseudoRandomness.
Davide Rattacaso is a PhD student at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. His main interest is information geometry and its relationship with quantum dynamics.
Mohamed Sahbani is a PhD student at UMass Boston. His research field is Quantum information
Jonathan is an undergraduate at UMass Boston working on classifications of quantum states as operated on by random quantum circuits in the Hamma lab and the intersection of thermodynamics and information theory in the Green lab at UMass Boston. He has a strong interest in the convergence of mathematics and physics and plans to pursue a Ph.D. after graduation.
Joseph is an undergraduate at UMass Boston working on chaos characterization in random quantum circuits in the Hamma lab and black hole imaging with the Event Horizon Telescope Collaboration at Harvard. In his spare time, Joseph is a digital artist and a competitive drag racer, and co-CEO at Astraveo. Check him out here.
Sarah is an undergraduate at UMass Boston working on the analysis of temporal fluctuations of entanglement in random quantum circuits in the Hamma lab. Upon receiving her degree she plans to enroll in a Master’s program to continue exploring the overlap between physics and computer science
